# Third-party scope

Montserrat is Copyright 2024 The Montserrat.Git Project Authors and licensed
under SIL OFL 1.1. Its original font and complete OFL notice must accompany any
font redistribution. The MCP text uses case-licensed Montserrat, not vendor
wordmark fonts. Outlining is performed by the actual Inkscape software.

Vendor names and marks remain with their owners. The captured
`evidence/family-policy-plan.json` partitions project geometry, references,
fonts and potential GIMP-derived artwork. Its 37 descriptions are plans;
the actual completed subset is identified exclusively in `manifest.json`.
They do not claim permission for protected vendor logos.
Default planned treatments use independent workflow geometry and separate
referential compatibility typography. No permission is inferred from a
software repository's MIT/GPL license.

The collected official GIMP reference in the private
`evidence/policy-reference/` working directory is by Aryeom Han, under
CC BY-SA 4.0. This reference and other vendor reference rasters, embedded-
image SVGs and analysis images are excluded from public delivery. The GIMP
family uses original brush geometry without official Wilber artwork.
Any future derivative of official GIMP artwork requires the same license,
attribution, source, change notice and editable derivative. No such
derivative is included in the current actual subset.

Inkscape, Core, CLI/gateway and the adapter are separately installed tools.
Their software binaries are not bundled. The public adapter source is at
https://github.com/dcc-mcp/dcc-mcp-inkscape/pull/1; source copyright/license
remains its upstream MIT, Copyright (c) 2024 Hal. Raw local logs and private
paths are not public-distribution evidence. V1 remains a separate historical
archive and is not relabeled as newly produced v2 artwork.
