# Rights and attribution

The publicly downloadable source kit contains original procedural meshes,
shaders, masks, effects, synthesized cues and documentation by DCC-MCP
contributors under MIT. It excludes Hyper3D mesh/PBR and the retargeted character.
No authenticated model-redistribution entitlement was obtained; attribution
alone is not that permission. The private full mage project stays local.

The rendered film and screenshots incorporate the existing Hyper3D / Rodin
Gen-2.5 mage under the user's recorded rendered-use authorization. Public output
use is subject to Hyper3D terms and source rights, separately from model/PBR
redistribution. No provider license file or authenticated account entitlement
was supplied. Do not infer a blanket commercial, training or evaluation grant.

Body motion is derived from Kay Lousberg's CC0 Idle / Spellcast_Long in the
author-owned KayKit Adventurers1.0 repository at

Contact constraints, fitted rig and lower-coat skin repair are local modifications.
CC0 motion does not relicense the Hyper3D mesh/PBR. No third-party tutorial film,
texture database, external audio, new purchase or paid generation is included.

The source software MIT grant and rendered/model rights remain separate.
